Our Bilingual Differential Process helps your company determine your employees Spanish proficiency level, to educate them in Spanish business related vocabulary and to assess their potential application in their work place. The purpose is to improve customer service practices by reducing language barriers and therefore improving communications when dealing with Spanish dominant clients and/or staff members.

Bilingual Differential Process:

1) One-on-one Spanish Language Proficiency Oral Assessment
2) 4-8 hour Spanish for Business and Customer Service Certification
3) Spanish for Business Final Oral Assessment and Final Report
