Spanish for Customer Service  
 

This course helps people break language and culture barriers and communicate effectively, increasing productivity in all customer services provided. Basic conversational skills and specific vocabulary and terms will enable employees to help their Spanish speaker customers.

 
  Students develop and enhance skills in the areas of:
  • Welcoming and goodbye phrases
  • Assisting a client
  • Offering a product
  • Explaining and describing details
  • Learning rapport building phrases
  • Making customer service phone calls.
