Spanish for Realtors

The course opens the door to the largest and fastest growing minority group, Hispanics. Being able to learn basic conversational skills enables realtors to start exploring the Hispanic market. Expanded vocabulary, correct terminology, building cultural awareness and business etiquette skills will prepare the realtor to find the appropriate residence for the Hispanic family.

The course helps break cultural and language barriers by providing the realtor with the required knowledge to close the perfect deal.

     
     
    Students develop and enhance skills in the areas of:
    • Explaining a contract
    • Explaining legal and administrative terms
    • Learning rapport building phrases
    • Describing house parts and features
